Whether you are at a medical appointment, teaching a new skill to your child, or even grieving a diagnosis, practicing patience has many positive benefits. Improving patience may not only benefit your physical and mental health, but also improve decision-making, meeting goals, and promoting resiliency. You can learn to improve your skills through breath work, meditation, and even counting to 10.
