Hi again! We have a few clinicians signed up for this monthly offering for 2026 and are still hoping to add 1 or 2 more to have a robust group. This offering is intended to help us as helping professionals take the time to tune into how this work is impacting us along with how our own patterns, wounds, histories, and even current life struggles are showing up in our work. I believe strongly in supporting ourselves as clinicians and doing this nourishing, collective deep dive type self work consistently to help make this profession as sustainability as possible. This offering consists of a 60 min individual session where we will set specific goals + a 90 min group experiential with a lot of meditation and somatic activities to move through our achieve our goals, and access to me as a support outside of these. This past week was a wonderful opportunity to speak on a topic that is near and dear to my advocate heart and to learn from incredibly intelligent, innovative professionals at The Pursuit of Wholeness in Trauma Therapy conference. Through my years of schooling and practice, I have treasured the relationships that I have cultivated with my mentors and elders. They have helped me not only in my practice but also in my personal growth and development, serving as a deep well of support that feels more familial than business-like. I am now at a place in my timeline (old and grateful lol) where I am called to be an ‘elder’ and hope to be able to give back to someone else in the way that my guides have given to me. If you are interested in a combined individual/small group mentorship with me, please add your information to the waitlist. In this work together, you can expect some soul searching + deep introspection to uncover where you have room for growth and exploration, along with processing how our work + specific clients can serve as mirrors for our own wounds.

We will plan to schedule individual mentorship appointments once per month along with a small group one Friday per month for the year. This is not a "drop in" type service, but a commitment to developing a relationship that will serve as a guide to deeper work that can be done in order to be our best, most aware selves for the work that we do and people we serve. Though we will explore issues on a deep, personal level, thus often seeming like therapy, this is not to serve in place of regularly occurring therapy. I hope to develop and create a close, supportive, reliable relationship with you to help sustain you through your career as a living, feeling being. We are back for round 2 and both of us couldn't be more excited!!!

We have spent time intentionally crafting a curriculum to maximize the mental health benefits of movement. Taking into consideration the feedback from round 1, it is important to stress the heavy mental health component over the idea of an exercise class. You will get meditation, group processing, education around your nervous system, coping skills, etc. in addition to specific gym exercises with individualized focus on form and safety that you can take with you to feel more confident in the gym.

More directly stated: This series is designed for those who want to add a new somatic tool to their mental health toolbox, explore their relationship with movement in a mindful way, process specific mental health concerns, traumas, or discomfort around the gym or just try weight lifting for the first time in a trauma-informed, supportive setting.

Ever since we created the studio space that we share with , we've been dreaming of the day we could merge therapy with weight lifting. Making that dream a reality took some time so we could ensure that we do this in a very mindful, intentional, educated, and trauma-informed way. It was divine that Stephanie Lemon Tree Wellness & Consulting stumbled across the amazing beings at and all of the purpose-aligned work that they're doing to bring movement for mental health to the masses. She is forever grateful that she was accepted into their program and what an inspiring, informative, and transformative experience that was! Now that we are feeling more confident to "do no harm, then do good," keep an eye out for our first 6 week Weight Lifting for Mental Health group with sign ups going live in the next few weeks. Join us for our next round of the 4 week Body Appreciation Group. In this group, we will explore our relationship with our physical and emotional bodies using curiosity through movement, introspective activities, meditation, and community. Spots are limited to protect the space and promote the safety of this self work. Sign up through link in bio.

This group is led by Stephanie Vlad who has 17 years of experience as a licensed masters level Psychologist, and is also a trained Be Body Positive facilitator, registered yoga teacher, and certified integrative somatic trauma therapist. She has experience working with body image struggles, trauma, eating disorders and more, as well as her own personal experience of being a human in this world that teaches us to disconnect from and turn to battle the self very early on. Disclaimer that this is NOT in place of therapy AND is not a traditional yoga or therapy group. You can expect all kinds of activities- possibly even bringing in some weights wink, wink. Only 3 weeks until the next round of Body Appreciation. This 4 week series will be held on Mondays in May from 12-1pm Lemon Tree Wellness Collective Embodiment Studio on 17th St in the Cargo District. The total cost is $150. Groups include around 30 minutes of mindful movement (think more exploration- "how does this feel in my body" than strenuous exercise), meditation, journaling, some arts and crafts activities to get at our stored messages/emotions, and of course a support group element. Groups will be no larger than 8 participants with 6 being ideal. You DO NOT have to have or have had an eating disorder but relationship with food and movement will be discussed and there will likely be someone in group with ED history or current symptoms. Reach out with any questions or concerns or if you have clients interested but the day/time does not work, and I'll brainstorm other options. Thanks!

Come join Stephanie this Saturday from 3-4:30 as we slow down, turn down the volume of the external world, tune in to our inner world and come home to ourselves. Tuning in can be uncomfortable at times, so we will be guided and supported through this process, giving us the space to show up for ourselves with curiosity and compassion. When our relationship with the self is solid, it makes the outside world so much less overwhelming. Pre-registration is required. Hope to see you there!
