The Davis Community We provide health and fitness, short-term rehab, independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing care, and home care services for aging adults.

Champion McDowell Davis dreamed of a place where seniors would chose to live and employees would desire to work. He turned his vision into reality in 1966 when the first resident entered the nonprofit skilled nursing home named for his mother, Cornelia Nixon Davis. Today, the 50-acre Davis Community includes the Health Care Center, a household model of care skilled nursing environment; Champions

Assisted Living, an apartment-style community of active seniors; and a Rehabilitation & Wellness Pavilion for inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy. The Fitness Center's community membership packages include aquatic and land exercise as well as educational seminars to improve the body, mind and spirit. In a quest to be an all-inclusive campus for the elderly, The Davis Community's leaders embrace change and innovation.
