🎄A beloved holiday tradition continues right here at The Davis Community! While the Cape Fear Festival of Trees takes a brief pause during the North Carolina Aquarium’s renovation, we’re proud to keep the spirit shining bright in Porters Neck.

Visitors are invited to enjoy a display of beautifully decorated trees while dining at our on-site restaurant, Cornelia’s, from December 9 through January 4. Additionally, on Friday, December 12, The Davis Community welcomes the public to enjoy both the trees and its Annual Holiday Market. Come celebrate the season with us!
