I am happy to report that all sessions went off this week without a hitch! Moving over to teletherapy has been easy and there has been no interruption to individual sessions. I am not one to use facebook often and will be posting more information. I encourage people to use professionals during this time in order to work on things that you may not have had a chance to before because of "life". Make this time work for you as change is now inevitable and it can be for the better!
