Working with 42 women through group programs and 1:1 coaching didn’t just impact their health, it changed the way I think about healing too.
I watched women come in exhausted, inflamed, frustrated, and confused.
Many had been told everything looked “normal.”
And over time, I watched things shift.
Clients healing from mold exposure.
POTS symptoms resolving.
Weight and inflammation dropping without extremes.
Bloating calming down.
Skin issues and rashes disappearing.
Energy coming back after years of pushing through.
But what stood out most wasn’t just the physical changes.
It was hearing things like,
“For the first time, I understand my body.”
“I don’t feel fragile anymore.”
“I finally know how to take care of myself in real life.”
And somewhere along the way, my own health transformed too.
This work sharpened my patience.
Deepened my respect for the body.
And reminded me that real healing isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing what actually matters.
This year confirmed something I’m deeply passionate about:
Women don’t need more pressure.
They need clarity, support, and a root-cause plan that honors their season.
As I head into a new year, I’m incredibly grateful.
For the women who trusted me.
For the slow wins.
For the quiet transformations that last.
If you’re watching this and thinking,
“I know it’s time to take my health seriously, I just don’t know where to start,”
you’re not behind.
You just need the right starting point and I’d love to show you the way.
