🧸 Play therapy gives kids a safe space to explore feelings, practice problem-solving, and build resilience — all through the natural language of play. It can be especially helpful for children who have experienced big changes, challenges, or emotional struggles.

Our play therapist, Josie Jones, MSW, LCSW, works with children ages 5+ to support their growth and emotional well-being.

I help children, adolescents, and adults who are having difficulty with adjustments or have experienced trauma by providing mindfulness based and trauma focused cognitive therapy with presence, acceptance, and compassion.

I also help parents and families who struggle to understand and connect with their children by providing parenting coaching that is positive, goal-oriented, and easily applicable with your children.

I also provide opportunities for small group yoga and meditation for individuals who may have been apprehensive about trying classes before; as well as yoga specific for mental health and continuing education classes.
