Access Internal Medicine, PC was founded by Jeremy Pepper with the vision of creating a medical practice as a source of encouragement and education to empower our patients toward better health. Educating our patients about their medical illness and how to recognize problems significantly reduces unnecessary hospitalizations and needless suffering. Access Internal Medicine encourages and guides our patients to take an active role in their health care.

💤 Keep naps short (under 30 min)
☕ Skip caffeine after lunch
🌞 Get outside for natural light
🥗 Eat light in the evening
📱 Power down screens before bed
🧘‍♀️ Try magnesium or a relaxing bedtime ritual
🌡️ Keep your bedroom cool + dark
