Time for some wellness in my life, all aspects, starting with the food I chose to eat. Just like any other part of my life, the choice is mine. No one is holding a gun to my head telling me what to eat! So I signed up for a reset. I've done this one before and when I did, I felt so good. I'll be releasing, resetting, redesigning and refocusing.

On Sunday my throat started to hurt. So I searched in my essential oils and found that peppermint would help. I put 1 to 2 drips under my tongue and guess what??? The next day NO pain!!!!!
