Little Feet Big Splash PT

Purposeful play in the natural environment

Erin Fitzpatrick, LLC (doing business as Little Feet, Big Splash PT) is a small private practice that specializes in improving the independence and quality of life of children and young adults with special needs, intellectual or developmental disabilties. We aim to provide skilled physical therapy in the home and natural environments of our patients so that they can be be taught new skills in a familiar area and continue to practice these skills each day for improved carry over and positive results. Our goal is to assist in the evaluation and treatment of patients who may live in under serviced areas in hopes of lightening the burden of travel on busy caregivers and parents.

Wishing you all positive vibes for the new year! We are grateful for each and every family who trust us to serve their children.

2025 was a year of massive growth for our little feet team. We added five team members and we are covering more territory than ever before. We can’t wait to help more littles achieve their goals and live better and more independent lives.

I am proud of our growth but prouder of the amazing people on my team. Each and every one of my staff have brought something different and amazing to the table. It has brought me great joy watching them all create friendships within the team and to flourish professionally. I always thought it was pretty cheesy when corporations claimed their teams as “work family” but I’m happy to have been wrong- I consider these humans my second family.

Virtual round of applause for this team and all of our wonderful little feet families. Let’s do this 2026!

New PT alert!‼️ Welcome our newest little feet team mate, Katrina Ramirez, PT,DPT ➡️Coming to us with a big love for pediatrics!

Katrina is already a shoe in! She fits in beautifully with our evolving team and we feel really grateful to have another new friend and team member.

With her on board we are finally able to stretch deeper into Brunswick county with better coverage for this underserved territory. Serving this area brings our team great joy as we have not historically been able to provide the coverage for kiddos who live in this area!
