Healing isn’t meant to be a solo journey.

When we gather—laughing, crying, learning together—something shifts. These are the moments our clients talk about most. The quiet trust that builds between survivors, the spark of recognition when a healing professional finds tools that finally honor their own story, the joy of witnessing each other’s wholeness.

At The Erospirituality Centre, our community is built on decolonial, Black q***r wisdom. We honor every body, every voice, every path. The stories that fill our circles aren’t just about surviving. They’re about reclaiming pleasure, dignity, and embodied power—together.

Curious how this work could serve you or your clients? Message me for a free intro consultation. Let’s talk about what’s possible. ✨

South Sudanese-American model Anok Yai delivered an emotional message as she accepted the Model of the Year award at the 2025 British Fashion Awards, telling “little Black girls” that their “colour is not a curse” and calling for peace in her home country of South Sudan.

The ceremony at London’s Royal Albert Hall recognised leading figures across the industry, but Yai’s win was among the night’s standout moments.

At 27, she has become one of fashion’s most influential models, with major campaigns, covers and runway appearances to her name.

“To all my little Black girls who are watching me right now - your colour is not a curse. You are not a trend, you are not unfortunate. You are worthy, you are capable and you are more powerful than you can imagine,” she said in her acceptance speech.

Yai’s rise began in 2017 when a photo of her at a Howard University homecoming event went viral, helping launch her into the global spotlight.

The HTES 2026 healing theme is Erotic Expansion.

Explore eroticism as a spiritual practice, get reacquainted with your erotic power, and how it is the communication of your erotic embodiment and erotic self-awareness to create your Lovership, your erotic presence practice.

Over the last twenty-three years, I’ve come to believe deeply that our purpose is to live whole and live pleasurably.

Not the kind of pleasure that harms or distracts, but the kind of pleasure that flows from the energy of our desires, that repairs, expands, and sustains our capacity for self- love and relationship love- be it with family, friends, community, and our lover(s). This type of aliveness is fulfilling and reminds us we are more than our labor and discerning regarding the perception and expectations from others.

Through the erotic—the energy of desirability—HTES guides Black q***r and non-q***r millenial and Gen X women and non-binary folks, along with healing and helping professionals, to develop:

1) Trauma-informed spiritual and trauma-responsive erosomatic care practices to expand your capacity for love & pleasure.

2) Uses of the erotic for everyday living to cultivate an empowered presence practice

3) Sustainable healing systems that honor the WHOLE-Self- mind, body, energy, & spirit and the sacred relationship between your s*xuality and spirituality so you can reclaim your capacity to show up fully—for yourself, your relationships, and your divine purpose.

Don't wait for 2026 to begin.

Subscribe to The Erospirituality Centre email list and learn how you can join the next 6-week healing intensive, Healing the Erotic Self.

As a thank you, you will receive this healing gift, Healing Your Erotic Energy Guide, and strengthen what you have already started:

Using the erotic, create imaginative spaces within your embodiment for your erotic liberation that will deepen your relationship to intimacy, and heal the disconnection between your body, your spirit, and your desires.

At some point a child will become an adult who will tell their story and hopefully create their own healing narrative.

There are a lot of parents going to church but spiritually bypassing the work.

Parenting is not just a position, it’s spiritual leadership rooted in love, nurturing, and accountability.

Not everyone who can procreate can parent.

If you have experienced spiritual and religious harm, I hope you lean into protecting, nurturing, and healing your heart.
Learn how to reclaim your healing narrative with the newly published SHIFT, A Self-Liberation Practice Book.

Centering Black erotic healing…

What was suppose to be just a coaching program became an erotic liberation ecosystem reclaiming s*xuality, somatics, and spirituality through erotic intelligence, integrative somatic healing, decolonial spirituality with trauma-informed healing practices rooted in the ancestral wisdom of the Global Majority of Black, Caribbean, African, Indigenous Turtle Islanders, Latine, East Asian, South Asian, and Pacific cultures.

This is Erospirituality as a decolonial healing approach.

Erotic wholeness is honored as a birthright, and liberation is embodied through s*xuality, somatic, spiritual, and ancestral healing practices that affirm our humanity, our joy, and our pleasure.

Healing the Erotic Selfe pathway to your erotic healing and embodied liberation.

Personally and professionally- some are experiencing a type of weariness from today’s social and political climate that have activated trauma responses as protective reaponses.

Honestly, that is to be expected.

Make no mistake about it- what we are experiencing is collective trauma and it’s the third time in 10 years.

We have experienced two terms of this administration and a global pandemic.

As more governmental resources and social safety next errodes, those of us who are therapists, counselors, educators, coaches, and healers are not exempt from what are clients are experiencing.

The need to humanize our collective existence and develop our internal resources of our embodied intelligence which include emotional, somatic, and erotic intelligences is important, dare I say critical to our ability to fight for our future.

Healing is a coregulation process that requires the ability to self-regulate from a place of wholeness and the ability to connect.

Therapy, education, and coaching is a coregulation process.

Capitalism and colonialism have tried to strip us of our inherent worth with our embodied capacity for love and pleasure.

But the truth is:
✨ You have value because you exist.
✨ You are love because you are whole, pleasurably.
✨ You are already a lover, already whole, already worthy.

Self-Care Should Feel Like Soul Care.

Take care of your yourself- mind, body, spirit, and energy.

Our Story

What is Womynism? Womynism is the reclamation and celebration of the s*xuality & gender diversity among Black, Indigenous, and of Color womyn and femmes (BIWFOC). Womynism is a s*xological worldview inspired by Alice Walker's "womanist" and Black feminist theory of understanding the social location of race AND gender as described by Patricia Hill Collins of Black womyn & femmes, identity politics as defined by The Combahee River Collective, the deconstruction of oppression as illustrated by Kimberle Crenshaw's Theory of Intersectionality, and informed by Audre Lorde's emotional insight. The "y" denotes the rejection of socially constructed ideas of gender and the politics of s*xual respectability. The "y" denotes the rejection of the socially constructed ideology of s*xuality and gender and the politics of s*xual responsibility while embracing and celebrating the right to autonomy the Black, Indigenous, and of color womyn and femmes has over their own body. The “y” is symbolic of the necessity to honor how BIWFOC, transgender or cisgender, q***r or not, s*xual or as*xual, fully show up as their authentic selves. Womynism is s*x-positive, intersectional, in addition to, q***r, disable, trans*, and s*x workers inclusive and affirming worldview. Womynism is: I. Womynism- S*xological Worldview, Identity, Philosophy, Personhood II. Womynism centers, affirms, and celebrates Black, Indigenous, and of Color womyn and femmes s*xual narrative in the pursuit of s*xual healing, s*xual wellness, and s*xual liberation, in the intersections of their s*xuality and gender diversity. III. Womynism Sacred Circle is a community event facilitated by s*x therapists, s*x educators and other healers designed to support the s*xuality and genderq***r Black, Indigenous, and of color womyn and femmes in the pursuit of s*xual healing, s*xual wellness, and s*xual liberation. The Circle centers the intersectional narrative of BIWFOC and the reclamation or reframing of their narrative through the unlearning of s*x-negative, oppressive and disempowering messages regarding s*xuality, s*xual pleasure, intimacy, attraction, personhood, power, gender expression and gender performance. III. We are transformational destination dedicated to the supporting, guiding, nurturing Black, Indigenous, & Womyn of color who are femme, masculine of center, non-binary, demi, trans, cis, witchy, religious, spiritual, sensual, as*xual and whatever we claim as our lived experience as womyn.
