Such a special day back at Harcum College for their Dental Hygiene Pinning Ceremony 🤍

There’s something really full circle about walking into a room and seeing so many familiar faces, reconnecting with incredible faculty, and sharing space with the next generation stepping into their careers.

This year was especially meaningful as we celebrated Dr. G’s retirement. What a legacy of leadership, mentorship, and impact. It was truly an honor to be present for such a milestone.

And one of the most rewarding moments….

Opening Day in the Greater Philadelphia region just hits different ⚾️

By total coincidence, one of our amazing office managers had already turned her practice into a full “Day at the Ballpark” theme… and meanwhile I’m out here doing CEO rounds with pretzels in hand 🥨

Couldn’t have planned it better if I tried.

Spent the day visiting as many offices as I could fit in, dropping off a little joy, and leaning into the energy that only Philly brings.

Honestly… this is the most fun part of my job.
Spreading love, showing up, and being part of these moments with our offices and teams ❤️⚾️

Because that’s the best part about being here… the culture, the pride, the love for our teams… it shows up everywhere, even in the middle of a workday.

Shoutout to the Philadelphia Phillies for bringing us all together without even trying
