Journey is a 7-week-old shepherd mix puppy who has already endured more pain than any baby ever should. He was surrendered to the shelter after being attacked by his own mother, arriving with bleeding wounds to his head and mouth. 💔

Journey was rushed to the vet, where it was determined his jaw is not broken. He has puncture wounds from the outside of his mouth into the inside, which the vet believes will heal on their own without sutures. The wounds on his head were shaved and thoroughly cleaned, and he is now on antibiotics and pain medication.

The good news?
✨ Journey is eating wet food on his own
✨ He is alert, fighting, and wants to heal
✨ He just needs a safe, loving place to land — NOW
