A Caring Heart Case Management, Inc. A Caring Heart provides NC Innovations Waiver services in eastern NC to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

A Caring Heart provides NC Innovations Waiver, state-funded and Medicaid services in two MCO service regions: Alliance Health, and Trillium Health Resources with offices in Wilson, Rocky Mount, Wilmington, Goldsboro, Smithfield, Jacksonville, Kenansville, Clinton, and Greenville. We provide an array of community-based services and supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our services promote individual choice, empowerment and community inclusion. A Caring Heart provides day program services at nine Independence Centers, residential supports at eight group homes and individual AFL homes, plus overnight respite at Aunt Max's Respite Care in Wilson.

Our Kenansville Independence Center participated in Random Acts of Kindness Week yesterday at the Kenansville Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. The event was hosted by the Mediation Center Of Eastern Carolina. Attendees created gift bags (bags provided by Trillium Health Resources), participated in kindness activities and had fun socializing with other community members. The event was sponsored by the Duplin County Community Foundation.

On Friday, February 13th, our Kenansville day program attended the Tim Tebow Foundation's Night To Shine at the Sampson County Exposition Center. Our A Caring Heart staff volunteered for the event and enjoyed seeing the joy this event brings to our consumers. Lots of fun, love, laughs, dancing, and good eating.

Friday, February 13 was the Tim Tebow Foundation's Night to Shine event. Our Jacksonville Goal Getters attended the gala event at Cape Carteret Baptist Church. Prior to the event, the crew was treated to a spa day with manicures, pedicures, facials, and haircuts. šŸ˜Here's two videos from the Jacksonville Goal Getters.
