Angela is passionate about providing quality mental health services that is client driven. She conducts the following therapies in her practice: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Her areas of specialty include: trauma (simple and complex), depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress, grief and loss, and self-empowerment. Accepts the following health insurances: Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Tricare and United Healthcare.
