As a Certified Peer Support Specialist, James uses his lived experience to guide and encourage individuals on their recovery journeys, helping them build coping skills, set personal goals, and maintain motivation. In his role as a Paraprofessional, he supports the implementation of care plans, assists with daily client needs, and collaborates closely with the clinical team to ensure consistent and effective support. Additionally, as a Kinston Office Field Representative, James plays a vital role in community outreach connecting with clients directly, coordinating services, and linking individuals to essential resources.

Through his work, James provides one-on-one peer support, assists with skill-building and daily living activities, conducts outreach and engagement efforts, and advocates for the needs and well-being of those he serves. His versatility, dedication, and passion for helping others make him an invaluable part of the Saint Life team.💙
