Almost everyone walks in with some version of this…
“What if I feel claustrophobic?”
“How long do I have to stay in?”
“Am I even going to like this?”
And I get it.
It’s new.
It’s unfamiliar.
And anything that asks you to slow down can feel a little uncomfortable at first.
But then…
You do it.
And something shifts.
And more often than not, what we hear on the way out is:
“Why didn’t I do this sooner?”
It’s kind of like finally getting yourself to that workout you’ve been putting off…
You don’t regret doing it.
You regret waiting so long.
