Marilyn could have stayed on her own, she’ll tell you that, but she got tired of the never-ending house stuff... chores and repairs and the little problems that always seem to pop up.

Now, she can just live her day without worrying about the roof, the yard, or what needs fixing next, and she’s glad she made the move when she did. We're so happy you're here Marilyn!

The chocolate fountain was the undeniable hit of our Valentine's celebration! It was delicious, but let's just say... it got a little chaotic! We ended up with chocolate pretty much everywhere, though seeing everyone diving into the strawberries and bananas was definitely worth the mess. 🍌🍓

We followed up the sugar rush with a nice Happy Hour, the perfect way to wash down the chocolate and relax with some wine!

The Club and our Assisted Living residents got together to frost some themed treats to celebrate Valentine's Day. They turned out super cute, but they tasted even better!

February birthdays, celebrated the way we love to do it: together. 🎉

Each month, we host a special birthday dinner for the residents celebrating their big day, along with their spouses or significant others, and it’s become a favorite tradition around here. With a fun theme, an incredible meal prepared by Chef Paul, and a cake to finish the night (from Lux Sucre!), the whole evening felt thoughtful and very, very, festive!

Ron doesn’t just “try to stay active”, he lives it. Most days, you’ll find him getting his steps in, fitting in a workout, or heading out to the golf course when the weather’s calling his name.

Plus, with a course only a short walk from our community, it makes it easy to keep doing what he loves, regularly and on his own terms. The goal is always wellness that feels like real life, not a routine! ⛳️💪

Happy ! 🎉

This week, are celebrating Michelle, our Zest Director, who embodies the spirit of our community. She believes that life does not stop here at SRG Senior Living, it grows.

Michelle knows firsthand that our residents want to keep their lives moving forward. She even started learning piano at 58 years old alongside a 92-year-old resident. It just proves that whether you are 58 or 92, growth and learning never go out of style!

Marylin Owens knew exactly what she wanted to avoid, which was getting stuck in a rut. She was worried about moving into a place with rigid schedules, like lunch strictly at noon and dinner at 5pm, or feeling like she had to eat with the same people every single day!

Instead, she found a community that is warm and inviting. She says the staff are absolutely amazing, always pleasant, and there to listen.

We have some delicious news to share from the kitchen... Welcome Paul Abercrombie as our new Executive Chef at SpringRidge at Charbonneau!

Paul recently took the stage for Lunch and Learn to highlight our Fresh Zest program, and he brings a deep love of food along with a true understanding of how to create meals that are both nutritious and full of joy. We feel very fortunate to have him on the team and look forward to seeing what he cooks up next.
