Last week I had the chance to speak at CALM 2026 in Fort Lauderdale and it was such a strong room of clinicians who are serious about longevity medicine. I shared what we’re seeing in practice and how advanced diagnostics are helping us better understand persistent patterns in our patients. I just got back from the Integrative Healthcare Symposium and I really loved being there.

I had the chance to speak about mass spectrometry findings and what we’re seeing in some patients with persistent spike protein. It’s a complicated and evolving topic, and the conversations were thoughtful and very real.

Being around other physicians who are asking hard questions and digging into the science always fills my cup. I’m grateful for the community and the chance to keep learning alongside people who care this deeply about their patients.

Excited to bring these conversations back home and keep going.
