As OT Month comes to a close, we wrapped it up the best way we know how—by celebrating and having a whole lot of FUN! 🎉🍕

Today was all about recognizing the incredible occupational therapists who pour their hearts into what they do every single day. Your creativity, compassion, and dedication make such a powerful impact on the lives of the children and families we serve. We are beyond grateful for the energy, patience, and passion you bring & it truly does not go unnoticed. 🩵

Of course, we couldn’t let OT Month end without a little OT-style fun! Our team took part in our annual staff egg hunt, complete with the ultimate prize—the golden egg filled with PTO! 🥚✨ The competition was real 🤣

And because you’re not an OT if you don’t love your tools, our amazing therapists were spoiled with all the essentials—fidgets, NeeDohs, weighted blankets, and plenty of OT swag to keep the fun (and regulation!) going strong.

To our OTs: thank you for being innovative, playful, and truly life-changing in the work you do. We celebrate you this month and every month, you all are so amazing!! 💜💚🩵

Get ready to turn pages into pizza. Our summer reading program is back, and we can’t wait for your family to have fun. 🍕📚

Designed for families with children in pre-K through 6th grade, Summer of Stories helps prevent the “summer slide” by keeping kids reading, learning, and earning FREE pizza for reaching their goals.

✨ Here’s what to know:

Get ready! The program runs from June 1 – August 31.
Set monthly reading goals for each child.
Start tracking your reading on June 1
Claim your first reward: July 1 – 15
📱 Participation is through the BOOK IT! App (Apple App Store & Google Play).

Since previous enrollments don't carry over, you'll need to sign up again to keep earning. Your monthly reward limit is based on the number of children you enroll. To ensure you receive all eligible rewards, please register every child during the initial sign-up.

Courtney and Taylor spent the afternoon at the Maine State House for the Hall of Flags event, advocating for the occupational therapy profession across our state 🩵💜💚

We had the opportunity to connect with legislators, share the impact of OT, and highlight why access to these services is so important for the individuals and families we serve every day. Along the way, we passed out fidgets, OT stickers, networked with OT colleagues and most importantly, shared lots of knowledge about how occupational therapy supports independence, development, and quality of life for the kiddos and families we serve!

Grateful for the chance to represent our profession and be a voice for our community here in Maine!✨📢

📢 Office Update from Pride Pediatric Therapy!

Effective immediately, our office will be closed daily from 12:00–1:00 PM for lunch.
This dedicated time allows our therapists/staff to take a well-deserved break, enjoy their lunch, and conduct important meetings to better support the children and families we serve.
