We are a full service Pilates studio offering privates & groups on the Reformer, Tower & Chair as well as a variety of classes for all levels! 1st Is free!

The Pilates Advantage is a full service Pilates studio serving the towns of Redding, Ridgefield, Weston & Wilton. Located in Wilton, The Pilates Advantage offers private, semi-private, group training on all pilates equipment - Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, as well as group fitness classes - Barre, Sculpting and Rebounding (mini trampoline) "pilates style". Our Mission: At The Pilates Advantage, we are a team of seasoned professionals that continue to expand our knowledge of "The Method." We believe that, through team effort and further education, we can serve our clients with a fresh approach that will carry them with core strength, balance, and flexibility of the mind and body. It is our mission to bring our unique instruction, individual support, and service to all that come our way, so that they can benefit from The Pilates Advantage.
