❀ꗥ~ꗥ❀ 𝐖𝐄 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐆𝐑𝐎𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐆... 𝐀𝐆𝐀𝐈𝐍!!! ❀ꗥ~ꗥ❀

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Elizabeth Bailey Geib, MD, FAAP, the newest member of the Doctors' Pediatric family!

Dr. Bailey, as she will be known by patients, is here to support all of your child's health care needs with compassion, expertise, and a smile.

Dr Bailey will be joining the practice this month! As a board-certified pediatrician, she enjoys working with children of all ages and their families.

She attended Georgetown University for both her undergraduate and medical studies. She completed her pediatric residency training at New York Presbyterian Hospital- Cornell on the Upper East Side of New York City.

After residency, she moved to Connecticut in 2004 and really appreciates the myriad benefits of life in the Nutmeg State.
Dr. Bailey Geib was born and raised in the Bronx and is a lifelong avid Yankees fan. She currently lives in Shelton, CT, with her husband Jason, who is luckily also a Yankee fan. She and her husband are also enthusiastic Disney aficionados. She picked up running after age 40, and now thoroughly enjoys exploring Connecticut and encouraging other runners and walkers, as part of the Run 169 Towns Society, a group whose members try to run a race in each of the state's 169 towns.

Daryl is now seeing patients and is here to support all of your child’s health care needs with compassion, expertise, and a smile.

𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐡𝐞𝐫:
Daryl received her nursing degree from Hartwick College in 2017 and worked as both a staff and traveling adult and pediatric nurse in emergency rooms across Vermont, New York, and Connecticut. Throughout her travels, she always made her way back to pediatrics and decided to make the change permanent by earning her Master’s Degree from Yale University and becoming a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.

She is passionate about preventative medicine, promoting wellness, and using primary care to decrease the need for pediatric emergency room visits.

Daryl has lived locally since 2019, setting roots in the surrounding communities and enjoying the Connecticut coast with her husband, two cats, and young daughter. When she’s not at work Daryl enjoys hiking, reading, traveling, yoga, and spending time with her family.

Why Choose Doctors’ Pediatric

Choosing a Pediatrician is an extremely important decision. After all, your pediatrician will be caring for your most cherished gifts. Doctors’ Pediatric has been well established for over 50 years. Treating children of former patients is proof of our dedication to your family. A good pediatrician is one who is not just reactive, but proactive.

At Doctors’ Pediatric, we offer seven board certified Pediatricians who are trained in childhood disease prevention and treatment.

A good pediatrician is one who asks and cares about your child-rearing philosophy. At Doctors’ Pediatric, we welcome the chance to learn about your parenting style so that we may treat your child in the way that parallels your family’s needs.

A good pediatrician is one who takes time to listen. At Doctors’ Pediatric, you will always receive an appointment with one of our doctors each time you come. Each doctor will take the time needed to listen to your concerns and answer your questions to your satisfaction. We are careful not to rush, as we see the importance in taking our time.
