The most effective anti-aging thing you can do for your skin is wear SPF and follow the rules 👇

Prep: Vitamin C first for an antioxidant boost.
Measure: Use the “Two Finger Rule” (1/4 tsp) for the face alone to ensure full coverage.
Set: Apply to dry skin before heading outdoors. Wet skin can dilute the formula.
Repeat: Every 2 hours, especially after swimming or sweating.
Extend: Don’t forget your neck, ears, and the backs of your hands.
