This Sunday start Mother's Day on a calming note with a decadent sound session. What a treat it is to just indulge by laying around and being pampered by sound on a comfy table with blankets all the while sound and vibration is warmly enveloping your body. come try it with mom!

It brings me immense joy to be able to make people super comfortable in a private space and play a sound session and dance with Energy in order to bring peace, calm, clarity and a sense of well-being. Whether it's indoors doing a private session with one, two or three individuals or outdoors with a private group, each person has their own journey they take if open to the vibrations and committed to their intention, whatever that may be.

Who do you want to share a private sound session with? Maybe your partner or best friend or colleague from work? Maybe your mom or daughter? Come as you are and be open to the experience as your body unwinds and relaxes into the sounds in a beautiful and supportive space with those you love.

The Autumnal Equinox today. I had the privilege of doing a private sound session with a group of beautiful humans. It was wonderful to again play outside in the sacred circle. Happy Equinox!

I provide a place and space where time stands still, where spirit journeys are taken and where sacred sound amplified by Reiki penetrates their being and finds those stagnant, unmoving places and moves them with vibration and intention.
People really only come for one reason and that is to walk away feeling calm, centered and ready to take on life in a whole new way and THAT is what it's all about!

Doing a small ceremony to welcome in these new Chakapas from Peru. All four directions/elements + Spirit. They are still wrapped. These chakapas once unwrapped and soaked a little provide a beautiful, hypnotic sound that is fantastic in meditation. These are sacred instruments being added to my other sacred instruments.

Up until a few months ago I was of the mind that tuning forks were not very exciting in the world of sound healing. I mean, crystal singing bowls are smooth, sexy and emit such an ethereal sound that nothing compares to them. The Gong is just plain cosmic power! And chimes..... angelic!

Yet tuning forks have a very special and important place in sound healing. Tuning forks are interesting in that they are the great transmuters of energy that surrounds and is within us, in a short amount of time. One tuning fork, when activated 'picks up' an energy distortion around the body, matches that distortion with a shrill frequency, or by stopping or muting it's vibration. With another activation, it then will 'clear' that distortion and bring the energy back into coherence. All within a couple of seconds, sometimes minutes.

These two tuning forks are weighted tuning forks. The weights at the ends of the tines bring the vibration down the fork and when placed anywhere on the body, that vibration goes directly into the muscle/tissue/organ it's placed on. The direct frequency of vibration breaks up blockages, brings in nitric oxide, and most importantly integrates scattered energy and achors that energy in the appropriate chakra.
This sets the stage for more homeostasis and vitality.

I now know just how potent and vital tuning forks are and would not consider a session complete without activating at least one or two forks either on or around my client's body.
