Our martial arts is based in integrity and tradition. Our yoga emphasizes muscular balance and strength to create freedom in the poses. It is great for Seniors! Tai Chi creates awareness of energy and balance. All of our disciplines emphasize safety and longevity. We train in order to be useful.
