After winning the pursuit and kilometer time trial at nationals, Ian Anderson is on his way to Paralympic Worlds as pilot for Branden Walton!

Ian also took 2nd at USAC Elite Nationals in the pursuit this year!

ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT 🔦 JAMES NOORI ⚡️
james is hard at work building his race resume in Spain with - carving his best result so far over the weekend with a 15th at GP Ajuntament where half the field DNF. He’s a first-year U23 and we trained through this race in preparation for bigger events upcoming.

We’re proud of James’ development, but it’s worth noting that he’s been building toward this for several years. James has demonstrated impressive consistency and commitment, even in the face of adversity. We (WRA) have been working together for several seasons now, including several sessions in Belgium, and it’s a beautiful thing to see all the pieces coming together.

Keep up the great work James! We’re cheering for you all over the world!

UNSTOPPABLE 🦁

Angel has slashed 2.5 HOURS from his finish time from 2021 to 2025!! Finishing this year just a few minutes over 7hr, and 125th out of ~400 starters.

Angel has overcome immense adversity- from beating cancer to battling back from a traumatic crash- but never gives up. He’s an outstanding husband and father, and rarely misses a day of work. He’s also disciplined, committed, and can outwork a freight train.

Angel’s success is a testament to the power of perseverance and loving the process. We’re proud to have him in the WRA Family.

Mike is battling back from a mid-season procedure to address a lingering hip injury, but with on the horizon, there is no time to spare! Good luck at this weekend!!
