A full-body strength class using light weights and controlled movement to build stability, endurance, and functional strength. Expect legs, core, and arms to all get attention.
🕕 6:30 PM - Adult Beginner Dance (Drea)
A welcoming, beginner-friendly dance class focused on learning movement, building confidence, and having fun while getting your body moving.
Start the week with strength in the morning or shake off Monday energy with dance in the evening (both are a great way to begin again.)
