Congratulations Jasmine Perry, CNA,, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.
Joining us in June 2024 as a nurse aide in training, Jasmine’s journey has been marked by her unwavering commitment to personal growth and her residents’ well-being. Through her persistence and hard work, she successfully achieved her certification as a nurse aide.
In a commendable display of support from both her peers and the residents, Jasmine emerged as the majority vote-winning candidate for recognition. In July 2025, the Resident Council named her The Shining Star Employee, a testament to her consistently cheerful demeanor. Residents noted that Jasmine always takes the time to provide exceptional care, ensuring they feel valued and respected. Her ability to spend those precious extra moments listening to their concerns and responding with genuine kindness has truly made a difference in their lives.
Her colleagues have lauded her for being an outstanding team player, referring to her as a positive force. Jasmine is the kind of person others rely on for support, readily offering a helping hand whenever needed. Her dedication is unparalleled; she approaches her responsibilities with a contagious enthusiasm and efficiency that instills confidence and trust in both her colleagues and the residents.
Jasmine is a devoted mother to her young daughter. In her leisure time, she finds joy in outdoor activities like kayaking and camping, relishing the chance to connect with nature and unwind. Congratulations, Jasmine! We are proud of you and the difference you make in the lives of so many.
