In partnership with the Community Wellness Center, Stephen Newcomer with the Pulaski County Health Department and Taylor Robbins with Hickory Creek at Winamac presented a lunch and learn to the Silver Sneakers on scams.

During the holiday season, it is important to be aware and cautious of the various scams that can put you at risk. Key takeaways were: Be mindful of fake package delivery emails or texts; avoid inputting your personal information to get coupons that may be "too-good-to-be-true"; and be wary of counterfeit websites when ordering online. Thank you to everyone who joined us for a great time of learning, conversation, and lunch. We hope to see you at the next one!
