As we approach July 1, we want to take a moment to thank each of you for being part of this journey. It’s been an honor connecting with our community, building trust, and working together to expand access to HIV/Hep C testing, overdose prevention, safer s*x education, and care across Kentucky.

The Target 4 program will officially conclude on June 30, and this page will be closing. We’re excited to share that this work will continue through a new initiative — the LINK Project — launching July 1. 💙

If you have questions or need services (HIV/Hep C testing, PrEP, PEP, prevention supplies, etc.), you can still reach us at target.4@uky.edu through June 30.

Starting July 1, please direct all inquiries to link.project@uky.edu as we transition into this next chapter.

Thank you for being part of this work with us. We’re proud of what we’ve built together and look forward to continuing to serve our communities in new ways.

The UK Harm Reduction Hub is issuing an update that carfentanil was found in syringes tested from a partner site in Jessamine County.

We were happy to participate in the Women’s Health Summit this past Saturday! When women know about HIV, testing, condoms, and prevention tools like PrEP, they are better equipped to protect their health, advocate for safer s*x, and access life-saving care if needed. 💖
