Wanted to take a minute to express our appreciation for all the amazing families and children who we have the honor of working with since we began this Start With One adventure .

As we reflect on the past year , we know how blessed we are everyday ! There are parents who trust us and allow us to be even a small part of their child’s life and we never take any of that for granted .

To our families:
The next few weeks can bring challenges and celebrations .. take the time you need for both of these things . We understand life is busy and can be demanding especially during the holidays . If you need to take a week off please don’t hesitate to take care of your family knowing we understand. We’ve said it many times … your life ( or your child’s life) doesn’t revolve around therapy and we get that !

We also would like to take the opportunity to express gratitude for First Church of God and Bedford Acres Christian Church! We know without their support we wouldn’t be able to develop the kind of practice we wanted to !

December 6th is our 9th annual Sensory Santa event. If you are interested in being a part of this amazing even there are several ways
to join in .
1. Donate a few hours to come help out with the event (private message us to see what help we need )
2. Purchase and donate items on the amazon wish list

3. Donate Christmas prepackaged snacks ( goldfish, Little Debbie Gingerbread etc,, pretzels, fruit snacks.

Happy Halloween !

The holiday season is quickly approaching and the next few months will be hectic and perhaps chaotic .

We just want to remind our families that we understand that you may need a week off if your child’s therapy time is the same time as a holiday event . We also understand if in all the chaos you’d like just one day that you don’t have to rush to yet another appointment after school.

Please take care of yourselves ( including mental health) , give your self the grace you give others .

We just want you to know we will support you in whatever way we can .

Have a safe day and enjoy Halloween however it works best for your family !

Thanks for letting us be a part of your child’s life! It really does mean a lot!
