As the northwest suburban Boston area’s leading provider of comprehensive health care services, the 229-bed facility provides care in general, bariatric and vascular surgery, orthopedics, pediatrics, cardiology, pulmonary medicine, oncology, gastroenterology, rehabilitation, radiation oncology, pain management, obstetrics/gynecology and a Level IIB Special Care Nursery. Caroline Otis is honored to be running the 2026 Boston Marathon® presented by Bank of America as part of Team BILH in support of Wi******er Hospital. Caroline and her family are longtime Wi******er residents and have experienced the hospital’s exceptional care firsthand.

Her two children were born at Wi******er Hospital, and its dedicated providers have been there for her and her loved ones many times over the years, providing compassionate treatment in times of need. As a Girl Scout leader, Caroline believes deeply in the importance of supporting her local hospital and sees running for Team BILH as a meaningful way to give back to her community.
