Are you an organized, detail-driven leader who loves making systems run smoothly—and wants your work to actually make an impact?

We’re looking for a Program Manager to oversee the operational side of our outpatient therapy program. This role supports clinicians and leadership so services stay accessible, compliant, and ready to grow—without providing clinical care.

✨ What You’ll Do
- Keep day-to-day outpatient operations running efficiently
- Manage workflows, scheduling, utilization, and referral pipelines
- Track budgets, reports, and operational metrics
- Support documentation compliance and billing workflows
- Coordinate intern & practicum programs (non-clinical)
- Partner with leadership, community agencies, and referral sources
- Help improve client experience and support program growth

🧠 Who We’re Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare admin, public admin, or related field
- 3–5 years of program or operations management experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills

Preferred (but not required):
-Experience in mental health, healthcare, or nonprofit settings
-Intern/trainee coordination experience
- Familiarity with EHRs or reporting systems
