NEW Groups Starting in January 🎉

“Breaking the Cycle” (Batterers Intervention Program):

An 18-week, trauma-informed group program for individuals with a history of domestic violence or harmful behaviors in the home. This program helps participants understand the roots of their behavior, recognize how their actions impact others, and learn healthier ways to think, communicate, and respond—without shame, but with accountability.

✔ Led by licensed clinicians
✔ Separate groups for men and women
✔ Focus on safety, empathy, and real behavior change
