These include Healing Touch, Healing Touch for Animals, Reiki Master work, White Winds School of Integrative Energy Medicine, and deep one on one study with world class teachers. All work is supported by a background in Yoga, from the school Yoga Therapy in the tradition of TKV Desikachar.

I have thoroughly enjoyed spending time with the boys in their pasture over the last two evenings. After we have mineral drinks, sliced apples, a banana, and a handful of sweet feed, there is time for scratching big beautiful heads and butts out in the field. They are both now on the shaggy side for winter, and Sunny looks like such a rough boy! In the pasture at night, there is literally no one within a mile; we are IT on our side of the bridge. To be with them in the peace of the land, with the mountains and River, is a form of communion. I comprehend my good fortune in these moments.

Dreamer and his sweet potato vines
I am concerned when he does not get up.
Sunny has him under his dominating spell for at least several hours a day like that...I returned and he was up, though, grazing!
the vines were not only delicious I am sure but a distraction for Sunny so D could get up and do his thing.

We made it through a very intense weekend! Thanks to all the participants, each holding a key place in our work of bringing the light of the Cosmic Heart to our planet, our environs, and our associations- past, present, and future! We transcended time, shed karma, cleared our physical bodies, and used meditation, journaling, sacred geometry, and sound to usher in and pour in the evolutionary power of the Unity Wave. Let's again empower our hearts in the Spring of 2026! A joyous THANK YOU again to all participants in the retreat, and a bow those helping, seen and unseen on the land.

Day 2 of the Cosmic Heart Retreat at Riverview. A very full day beginning with Yoga Nidra, then finding the still point in the heart in The Empowered Heart Step to Transformation, sound healing with our Soul Star connection, traveling through the chakras of the Earth, finding Unity is Action, traveling to the crystal library to charge our crystal key with light codes. Topped off with cow hujinx and smores at the fire pit! Still going strong- more to experience today!
