Wise & Well Champions Celebration was a great time to recognize those who faithfully attend the Wise & Well Exercise Program here at Spring Arbor. Partnering with BAYADA, we offer this signature program to promote staying active, maintaining strength and building endurance. The encouragement, celebration and fun by all makes this program a favorite on our activity calendar. And of course, we had a few snacks too!
