AbbaCare is a nonprofit free medical facility with locations in Winchester, VA and Martinsburg, WV There is no charge for any of our services.

AbbaCare is a nonprofit free medical facility serving women and men in the Winchester area since 1988. In February 2020, we opened a second location in Martinsburg, WV. Now, more than ever, you have questions. And you need medically accurate information so you can make an informed decision. When you make an appointment for your pregnancy test, you'll meet with a nurse and a client advocate. In our relaxed, professional environment, you can share what you're thinking and feeling, without judgment. If you wish, you can also participate in free childbirth and parenting classes to learn what you need to know and gain confidence in the delivery room and as a parent. Class attendees receive essential baby items as our gift. All of our services are free and confidential and are provided without regard to race, religion, income, or decision. We do not perform, recommend, or refer for abortion, but we do provide essential, accurate information you need to make an empowered decision to protect yourself and your health. AbbaCare also provides post-abortion support for those who have experienced a past abortion. Call 540.722.4844 for more information. Free and confidential.
