🎨Come find your creative flow with our new Meditation &Art class. Each month will have a different focus and we'll explore expressing ourselves through varying mediums and techniques. Each class provides a 30 minute meditation followed by 90-min art project with group instruction.

March's theme is “finding peace.” Class begins with a 30 minute guided Yoga Nidra followed by a lesson in the neuro graphic technique.

👉No experience in meditation or art is required. Everyone is capable of both! All art supplies included.
