Please keep the family of the late Josephine Clay in your prayers🙏

Josephine Clay, age 94, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, after an extended illness at the University of Kentucky Hospice Care Center, Lexington.

She was born in Richmond, Kentucky, on January 8, 1932, to the late Willie B. and Amelia Jennings.

Her loving presence will be missed by her family, including her children Vicki Clay, Joella Tevis, James E. (Bernice) Clay Jr., John Johnson, and Sandra Blanton.

A Visitation will be held at 10:00 A.M., followed by the Funeral service at 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church, located at 305 Elm Street, Richmond, Kentucky. Reverend Clifford Campbell will officiate.

Interment will take place at Maple Grove Cemetery in Richmond.

Antonio Mericko Webb Sr.,53 a dedicated father and beloved son, was born in Lexington, Kentucky, on January 16, 1973.

He was the cherished son of Rosalyn Walker, who deeply mourns his loss.

Antonio passed away unexpectedly at his residence in Lexington on February 1, 2026, leaving family and friends in mourning.

He is survived by his children, Antonio M. Webb Jr., Briana Webb, Mekhi Webb, and MaKayla Webb, who will forever hold his memory close.

Mamie Louise Bates, aged 70, passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2026, following an extended illness at Clark Regional Medical Center in Wi******er, Kentucky. She was surrounded by family and friends at the time of her passing.

Born in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, on March 18, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Roosevelt Brooks and Delores Brooks Hawkins.

In addition to her parents, Mamie is preceded in death by her daughter, Marissa Bates Stewoord, and her Siblings, sister, Ida Brooks Walker and brother, Roosevelt "PeeWee" Brooks, Jr.

She is survived by her siblings, Rosalie (Cedric) Atkins, and Billy (Cecil) Brooks, former husband, James Bates, and a devoted niece, Michelle Brooks, who will cherish her memory.

Charles Edward Johnson, aged 62 and a devoted husband of 13 years to Rita Johnson, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at the Veterans Administration Hospital on Cooper Drive in Lexington, Kentucky.

Born on August 9, 1963, in Uniontown, Alabama, he was the son of Lena Mae Johnson and the late Charles Edward Johnson Sr.

In addition to his wife and mother, Charles is lovingly survived by his children, Charles Edward Johnson III and Charlena Johnson.

Besides his father, Charles is preceded in death by an infant sister, Linda Johnson

January 23, 1962 – December 31, 2025
Vernon K. Keller, aged 62, of Lee County, passed away peacefully in Hospice care on December 31, 2025.

He was surrounded by his loving wife, Rose, his sister Jacqueline and her husband Joe, and his younger brother Aaron.

He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Jack Henderson Keller and Mary Jo Fugate Keller, as well as his brothers Jason Keller and William Keller, and his sister Shelia Faye Keller. His daughter, Velvet K. Keller, also preceded him in death.

A proud veteran of the US Navy, Vernon served his country with honor and dedication. Throughout his life, he touched countless lives with his kindness, wisdom, and storytelling skills. Known for his compassionate nature, he approached each day with an open heart and a cold can of Busch Light.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Rose, his siblings, children, and grandchildren who cherish his memory.

Vernon’s radiant spirit will continue to shine through the lives he touched and the memories he created.
The family has respectfully chosen cremation.
