Sinclair Health Clinic We provide high-quality health care for people who are uninsured or who have Medicaid. Clinic Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday Evenings: 5:00 p.m to 7:00pm
We are not a walk-in clinic - Patients must make an appointment. How to apply for services -
Enrollment Services for New Patient Applicants and Recertifying Patients
Mondays through Thursdays: 9:00 a.m. to- 4:00 p.m
No Appointment Needed for Enrollment Screening
Fridays: By Appointment Only

Clinic Services:
- Acute Care
- Primary and Chronic Care/Nurse Practitioner Daytime Visits
- Diabetes Management
- Gynecology and Women's Health Care
- Orthopedic Care
- Limited Behavioral Health Care
- Referrals to Specialists
- Medication Assistance (4-6 weeks enrollment)
- Referrals for Lab Work and Diagnostic Testing

On-Site Pharmacy open to the public. Offering low cost-medications and prescription medication assistance.

Today our team participated in the City of Wi******er VA - Local Government's Emergency Shelter Drill. As the City’s designated medical partner, Sinclair Health Clinic staff joined city departments to practice response plans, coordinate care, and make sure we’re prepared to support the community should an emergency shelter ever need to open.

We’re proud to work alongside such dedicated partners and grateful for the opportunity to help strengthen our community’s emergency readiness.
