What a blessing this ministry is to serve in! We help others and they help others in return. When God is in it, a Christ centered Recovery ministry, He stirs others to action.

A student had an idea for some care packages to a homeless camp he visits and all the students stepped up with donations. This may be the start of another one of God’s ministries. God is good y’all.

Highly encouraged last night as James Desmond completed the 2 level of the recovery curriculum, “Upholds” and received his graduation medallion. I was encouraged by the testimony of other men in the program giving him hope to get victory, and keeping him accountable. Jamie is now a challenge leader for our mens challenge groups Keep pressing toward the mark brother. You are growing like a w**d. Congratulations

25. A significant number. As I stamped RU tracts with our church information and packaged in groups of 25 for 10/40 windows, I thought of all the lives changed as we reach 25 years this summer of teaching the RU curriculum in our EBC Addictions and Recovery program. Looks like it’s time for a special Sunday morning message and a pizza party for the church to celebrate 25 years of this ministry at EBC. God is so good. -K0262
