Saratoga ladies and gentlemen had a wonderful mini vacation in Lancaster, PA.
We enjoyed the Holiday Inn by Irving Berlin Broadway Musical, great food, lots of shopping, and sight seeing..

Our Supervised Living Apartment Program enjoyed a wonderful ride on the Potomac Eagle. There were over 20 Bald Eagle sightings. They had a wonderful time and can’t wait to take another train ride…

The NW Works garden may be closed for the season, but our team members are still bursting with pride with all they've accomplished this harvest season! Throughout the six month long garden season, Group Day participants sampled new recipes, learned more about healthy eating through hands-on initiatives, and saw their hard work pay off each time produce was donated to a local area food bank.

This season, NW Works team members proudly
🍅Donated 791 pounds of produce to area food banks
🥔Grew 1,161 pounds of produce

Most importantly, the people we serve cultivated career exploration, developed life skills, and built up confidence as the NW Works garden provided six months of hands on experiences. Thank you to all our community partners who supported the NW Works garden this year, and we look forward to our next season of harvesting in the garden and growth for program participants at NW Works!
