Good boy, Buck!!

This client has been working with a functional medicine doctor for years. She made a great deal of progress but never felt like she was able to push through a plateau. She decided to hire us for a full inspection and Buck alerted on several areas throughout the home. Given that we are new to collecting samples, I took several samples out of curiosity and on alerted areas to confirm Buck’s accuracy (I never doubt that good boy!).

She has answers. She knows what areas of the house need attention. And she has confined lab analysis 👏🏼

There are so new faces here so I wanted to introduce myself and welcome you to our little moldy corner of the internet🦠

-My name is Jordan, I’m a cancer survivor, an Integrative Health Practitioner specializing in gut health and environmental toxicities, certified mold inspector, certified k9 handler and owner of Blue Ridge Mold Dog — so I have a background in mold from health perspective and building biology perspective 🔥

-Buck is my 1 year old certified mold dog. He detects mVOCs / hidden mold that traditional testing often misses — behind walls, under flooring, in HVAC, etc. He was trained by the pioneer of mold detection dogs in Fl for 5 months. We adopted him from our local SPCA and he’s literally the best boy and best working dog—- like I still cannot comprehend how he lasted in multiple shelters for so long😭😭😭😭

-We started working full time 2 months ago and have inspected dozens of homes

-Buck trains daily— I spend a lot of time working with him to ensure his accuracy and precision

-We serve VA, MD, DC metro area 📍home base is Wi******er

-All our inspections include very thorough visual inspection of interior / exterior of the house (including crawl and attic if safe / accessible), full k9 sweep, use of tools on alerted / suspicious areas (moisture meter, borescope, particle counter, thermal imaging camera), review of concerned areas and clear next steps

-Our main goal is to help you find answers and leave you with more clarity than questions… oh and education because this industry is lacking awareness and education
