We're thrilled to introduce Bonnie Huycke, a dedicated food assistant at Auburn Elementary School. Bonnie has been a member of our Barrow County Schools team for 6 years, bringing a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day.

Bonnie loves her job because of having the holidays and summers off. Her favorite moments from working BCSN is the Christmas parties between her and her coworkers.

In her free time, Bonnie loves spending time with her family. And if she could travel anywhere tomorrow, she’d be heading straight to Rome!

At home, her favorite dinner is special spaghetti. Her favorite fruits? Pineapple. Her go-to snack is cookies. When dining out, you’ll most likely find Bonnie at a Texas Roadhouse enjoying a steak cooked medium!

Manager Monday Spotlight!!!!

We're thrilled to introduce Elizabeth Price, a dedicated manager at Statham Elementary School. Elizabeth has been a member of our Barrow County Schools team for 19 years, bringing a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day.

One of Elizabeth's favorite memories from her time with Barrow County Nutrition is decorating for the themes of National School Lunch Week. She also enjoys seeing all the smiling faces every day!

In her free time, Elizabeth loves spending time with her grandbabies and traveling. And if she could travel anywhere tomorrow, she’d be heading straight to Cancun!

At home, Elizabeth's favorite dinner is philly cheesesteak stuffed shells. Her favorite fruit? Strawberries. And for veggies, she loves collards. Her go-to snacks are cashews and white cheddar popcorn! When dining out, you’ll most likely find Elizabeth at a Mexican restaurant enjoying nachos!!

We're thrilled to introduce Cindy Pourron, a dedicated food assistant at County Line Elementary School. Cindy has been a member of our Barrow County Schools team for 5 years, bringing a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day.

Cindy loves her job because of the people she works with each and every day and being able to make new friends with other nutrition employees in the district.

In her free time, Cindy loves spending time cooking and baking cakes. And if she could travel anywhere tomorrow, she’d be heading straight to Florida or North Carolina!

At home, her favorite dinner is steak and baked potato. Her favorite fruit? Strawberry. Favorite vegetable? Potatoes. Her go-to snack is cake and Coke Zero. When dining out, you’ll most likely find Cindy at Chick fila enjoying a chicken salad.

We're thrilled to introduce Brenda Hunt, a dedicated food assistant at Winder Barrow High School. Brenda has been a member of our Barrow County Schools team for 10 years, bringing a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day.

Brenda loves her job because she enjoys the people she works with and the students. Her favorite moment from working in BCSN is listening to Patrick sing and when she was turning 60, she received a birthday cake from Susan Hardigree who no longer works there.

In her free time, Brenda loves to go square dancing. And if she could travel anywhere tomorrow, she’d be heading straight to Fredericksburg, Virginia or Bethany Beach!

At home, her favorite dinner is lasagna or sandwiches. Her favorite fruit? Bananas. Favorite vegetables?? Carrots and Broccoli. Her go-to snack is ice cream. When dining out, you’ll most likely find Brenda at Golden Corral, McDonalds, or Dairy Queen.
