We all feel alone sometimes. It's okay to remember that just because you are feeling that way right now does not mean you will feel this in an hour, on another day, or in a week.
Navigating your mental health and feeling alone can be super challenging and can create a sense of overwhelm. You don't have to embark upon that journey by yourself. Therapy is a wonderful tool that provides a safe space to be seen and heard. You may work with a therapist to address anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and events from your past.
