They also teach kids some of the most fundamental life skills, like teamwork, resilience and self confidence.

This week at KidStrong, we’re spotlighting sports skills that support kids on their journey to becoming strong, independent leaders. Our expert-developed curriculum includes:

⚾ Throwing and catching to level up hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
🏃 Athletic movement that promotes endurance, body control and confidence.
💨 Reaction speed training to enhance athletic performance and motor skill development.

Developing athletic skills is about WAY more than sports performance—it’s about building a foundation for physical and emotional strength that lasts a lifetime.

At KidStrong, our movement-based challenges during the KidStrong Fall Challenge help kids develop the next level of coordination, strength and resilience—all while having a whole lot of fun.

💫 We’re talking about problem solving—something that kids practice everyday at KidStrong. But this week as part of the KidStrong Fall Challenge, we’re dialing in on problem solving with mental and physical challenges that accelerate kids’ skills. 💫

Grit is what helps kids keep going when things get tough. It’s the drive to work hard, stick with it and finish strong—even when the challenge feels like it’s too much.

During KidStrong’s Fall Challenge, kids are given opportunities to push their limits in a safe, motivating environment. This allows them to learn that grit isn’t about talent—it’s about consistent effort, the ability to persevere and cultivate resilience.
