Over the last 45 days Covid-19 has hit me differently then the last 17 months. A friend of mine who has never been affected had to close his auto dealership down due to employees catching it. Another close friend and His wife caught it. She was mild. He in ICU in danger of death and may need a lung transplant. One of my closest friends and business associates texted me that he never felt so sick. And then he died. My 92 year old Mother fully vaccinated was infected and recovered. My elder sister also. Over the past few years I have written a post titled: " You can't live here anymore" The premise is time is closing on a broken and a fallen world. These posts were published in response to Natural disaster, War, and the pervasive growth of evil in the world, as these events relate to Gods word.
Gods word tells us that His Spirit will be withdrawn from the earth in the end days that sins results may be seen by all. Preachers, Pastors, and Evangelists, have been teaching of the return of Christ being a reality since His ascension after the first Easter.
As this Pandemic circles the globe and literally encompasses all of mankind the teaching of the churched has suddenly shifted to "we can defeat the virus". While it's likely that we can defeat the virus it is chillingly evident that at least 20,000 people did not. That number will grow. It is not evident that our efforts are having any affect whatsoever. Stay positive, hope and work for a cure. More importantly "Look up, your salvation is near" More and more it is becoming apparent that "We can't live here anymore"
