Even though we may have had a snowstorm yesterday, just last week our residents were celebrating Mardi Gras in style!

With the help of our wonderful volunteer students from ECSU, the room was filled with laughter, festive games, and plenty of sweet treats. From colorful decorations to joyful conversations, it was truly an extra special celebration for everyone involved.

Thank you to our ECSU volunteers for bringing such great energy and helping create meaningful moments for our residents!

Our Valentine’s Day Party was filled with music, sweetness, and so much joy!

Residents enjoyed Brenda’s delicious chocolate cupcakes and were treated to the incredible Mary Morse and her many accordions 🎶 — leading us in song, dance, and plenty of laughter!

It was a heartwarming celebration full of smiles, rhythm, and Valentine’s cheer.

We are truly grateful that she chooses to spend her days off accompanying residents to appointments and volunteering to join them on monthly Walmart trips.

Saint Joseph Living Center was established in 1988 on 9 acres in picturesque Windham CT and our ministry is sponsored by the Diocese of Norwich. We offer short term rehabilitation, skilled nursing and end of life care.
