I participated in an amazing course last week: Craniosacral Touching The Brain: The Glial Interface. The glial cells can be thought of as the glue or the fascia of the central nervous system. They give us a way to work with the tissues of the central nervous system in a mechanical way.
This allows us to address things like the glymphatic system (part of the immune system for the brain and spinal cord), the blood brain barrier, and myelin with manual therapy.
So grateful to Tad Wanveer for developing this material and to Liz Brinson for teaching us this past weekend.
This class was truly transformational and life changing for me. Iโm so lucky that my learning sometimes doubles as part of my own personal healing journey.๐๐๐
I have already started using this work with some amazing results and share it with all of my clients!! ๐๐๐
