Frostbite occurs when your skin freezes during exposure to freezing temperatures. Frostbite symptoms can include pain, numbness, swelling, blisters and skin discoloration. It’s most common on your fingers, toes, nose and ears. Treatment for frostbite varies based on the stage.🥶🌨️
