I truly love being able to bring some relaxation to your work place especially now that some companies are either hybrid or back into working in offices again.

I absolutely think it is wonderful when an employer books chair massages for their employees. Those 15 minutes can really decrease stress and uplift the mood for the rest of the day.

As we enter the holiday season, It really shouldn't be stressful but sometimes it can be. Try to find that one moment of self-care. Obviously I recommend a massage 😁 but if your choice is reading a book, listening to music, a bubble bath, a nice nature walk. Try to put yourself first even for just a moment. Or give me your hour and you will feel relaxed and rejuvenated. I can help release stress and tension that can get stuck in our bodies.

As we enter the snowy season, I would like to remind all current and future clients that inclement weather may necessitate cancellations or rescheduling. I completely understand the need to prioritize safety in adverse driving conditions and will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests as soon as possible.
Please note that my location may experience more severe weather conditions at times, which could impact scheduling. I appreciate your flexibility during snowstorms and will reciprocate when you need to reschedule or cancel due to inclement weather.
