I spent a lot of time behind the wheel yesterday. (My 5th and final Wildcat Outdoor Classic @ Wayne State College.) That means I spent a lot of time on Spotify and have a podcast to share with you.
This episode on the Feel Better Live More podcast hosted by Dr. Rangen Chatterjee was amazing. The discussion with Author Dr. Tommy Wood regarding dementia prevention was very interesting. He uses a 3 S model to help put you in control of your future.

Stimulus-keep learning and using the knowledge in every day life

Support-rest and recovery so your brain can repair itself

Supply-fueling the body properly and movement to increase blood flow to the brain

He gives practical advice in each area and gives hope to those afraid of their genetic predisposition.
