When we spend time in nature, our bodies and minds feel better. The trees, flowers, and even the birdsong help us relax and feel calm. It's like when you have a favorite blanket or toy that makes you feel safe and happy.
Nature can help us be less stressed and more joyful. So, if you're feeling sad or tired, try going outside for a little bit! Look at the trees, listen to the birds, and maybe even splash in a puddle. Nature has a special way of making everything feel better. It's like magic!
